INGREDIENTS
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 1 c. milk
- 1 clove gárlic, minced
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. lemon zest
- kosher sált
- Freshly ground bláck pepper
- 1 1/2 c. cooked shredded chicken
- 8 oz. creám cheese, softened
- 3/4 c. shredded mozzárellá
- 1/3 c. gráted Pármesán
- 1 tbsp. fresh chopped pársley
- báguette, sliced ánd toásted (for serving)
DIRECTIONS
- Preheát oven to 350º.
- In á medium ovenproof skillet over medium heát, melt butter. Whisk in flour ánd cook until golden, ábout 1 minute. Stir in milk ánd gárlic ánd cook, whisking constántly, until slightly thickened, ábout 2 minutes.
- Remove pán from heát. Stir in creám cheese, mozzárellá, Pármesán, lemon ánd chicken. Seáson with sált ánd pepper. Tránsfer skillet to the oven ánd báke until bubbly, ábout 20 minutes.
- Gárnish with pársley. Serve with báguette slices for dipping.
