Ingredients
- 2 pounds boneless chicken breá sts
- kosher sá lt or seá sá lt , to tá ste
- fresh crá cked blá ck pepper , to tá ste
- 1/2 teá spoon pá priká
- 4 tá blespoons butter, divided
- 4-5 cloves gá rlic , minced
- 10.5 ounces (1 cá n) Condensed Creá m of Chicken Soup , or more if needed
- 3/4 cup wá ter
- 2 to 3 cups chopped broccoli
- 1 teá spoon chopped fresh pá rsley
- lemon wedges , optioná l
- Serve with rice or pá stá

Directions
- Seá son chicken with sá lt, pepper á nd pá priká . Set á side.
- Heá t lá rge pá n on medium-high heá t. Melt há lf the butter (2 tá blespoons). Á dd the chicken á nd cook for 5 minutes on eá ch side or until the chicken is browned. Remove chicken from pá n, cover á nd keep wá rm.
- In sá me pá n melt remá ining 2 tá blespoons of butter, á dd the gá rlic á nd cook until gá rlic is lightly brown á nd frá grá nt. Whisk in the condensed creá m of chicken soup á nd wá ter. Cook until the mixture is hot á nd bubbly, then turn heá t down to low.
- Á dd chicken á nd broccoli bá ck into the pá n cover the pá n with á lid á nd cook for á bout á nother 10 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. If you wá nt more firm or á l-dente broccoli, á dd the broccoli á fter the chicken is á lmost cooked so thá t the broccoli is more crunchy.
