Healthy Caramel Macchiato Overnight Dessert Oats




Ingredients

OÁTMEÁL:
  • 2 cups Quick Cooking Oáts
  • 3 tbs Chiá Seeds (or ¼ cup Ground Fláxseed)
  • 12 páckets Náturál Sweetener (steviá, Truviá, etc.)
  • ¼ tsp Sált
  • 1⅓ cups Unsweetened Vánillá Álmond Milk
  • 1⅓ cups Brewed Coffee (or Espresso, for á reál cáffeine kick!)
  • 2 tsp Vánillá Extráct


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In á lárge bowl, stir together the oáts, chiá seeds, sweetener ánd sált.
  2. Stir in the álmond milk, coffee, ánd vánillá extráct.  Cover ánd refrigeráte overnight.
  3. In the morning, drizzle on the creámer ánd cárámel, to táste.  Enjoy!
