INGREDIENTS
FOR MILK MIXTURE:
- 1 cup milk
- ¾ cup creám
- 1 tsp ágár ágár / gelátin
- ½ cup powdered sugár
- 1 tsp vánillá extráct
- pinch of sált
FOR STRÁWBERRY MIXTURE:
- 2 tbsp wáter, wárm
- 1 tsp ágár ágár / gelátin
- 2 cup stráwberry
INSTRUCTIONS
- firstly, prepáre milk mixture by heáting 1 cup milk ánd ¾ cup creám.
- whisk ánd mix well máking sure the creám combines well with milk.
- now ádd 1 tsp ágár ágár ánd whisk well.
- cook the milk on medium-low heát till it steáms (do not boil).
- further, ádd ½ cup powdered sugár ánd dissolve sugár.
- turn off the fláme ánd ádd 1 tsp vánillá extráct ánd á pinch of sált.
- whisk ánd mix well. let the milk cool for 10 minutes before pouring to the gláss.
- furthermore, pláce the serving gláss in á bowl so thát it gets tilted slightly.
- pour in prepáred milk mixture till it reáches the rim.
- now refrigeráte it for 2 hours or overnight, till it sets completely.
- áfter 2 hours, máke sure to check the milk mixture hás set completely.
- now prepáre stráwberry mixture 1 tsp of ágár-ágár/gelátin in 2 tbsp wárm wáter.
- mix well ánd dissolve ágár-ágár completely.
- further, ádd 2 cups of stráwberry puree.
- mix well máking sure the pulp gets mixed up with ágár-ágár uniformly.
- pour the stráwberry mixture into the gláss.
- refrigeráte it for 2 hours or overnight, till it sets completely.
- finálly, enjoy stráwberry pánná cottá or stráwberry pudding chilled.
