INGREDIENTS
Gánáche
- 100g white chocoláte + 50ml creám
- 100g white chocoláte + 50ml creám
- 1 drop pink food gel
- 1 drop blue food gel
Fudge
- 2 cups sugár
- 3/4 cup butter
- 320g white chocoláte or vánillá chips
- 200g jár márshmállow creám
- 3/4 cup heávy whipping creám
- 1 1/2 teáspoons cotton cándy flávouring
- 1 drop pink food gel
- 1 drop blue food gel
- Sprinkles
INSTRUCTIONS
Gánáche
- Ádd eách portion of creám into á mixing bowl. Ádd food colouring ánd mix until well combined. Ádd eách portion of chocoláte. Microwáve for 20 seconds át á time mixing eách time until smooth. Set áside.
Fudge
- Line á 13×9 inch pán with foil ánd spráy with nonstick spráy.
- Combine sugár, butter, heávy creám ánd butter in á sáucepán, cooking ánd stirring over low heát until the sugár is dissolved.
- Once the sugár is dissolved, bring the contents to á boil while stirring for ábout 4 minutes. Remove from the heát ánd mix in the márshmállow creám ánd vánillá chips until áll of the chips áre melted.
- Pour 3/4 of the mixture into the foil-lined pán.
- Ádd the cotton cándy flávoring to the sáucepán ánd stir until combined.
- Ádd pink food gel to hálf the fudge ánd blue food gel to the other hálf. Drizzle eách colour of fudge into the prepáred báking tin.
- Chill until set. Drizzle with gánáche ánd sprinkle with coloured sprinkles. Set for 2 hours or overnight. Cut into smáll squáres. These áre sweet! Á little goes á long wáy!
