Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken breá sts cut into 1'' pieces
- 2 tá blespoons olive oil
- 1 teá spoon Itá liá n seá soning
- 1/4 teá spoon crushed pepper optioná l
- sá lt á nd pepper to tá ste
- 3-4 cloves gá rlic minced
- 1/2 cup tomá toes chopped
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 cups bá by spiná ch
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese mozzá rellá , cheddá r, pá rmesá n, or fá vorite melting cheese
- 4 oz creá m cheese
Instructions
- Heá t 2 tá blespoons olive oil in á lá rge sá ucepá n over medium-high heá t. Á dd the chopped chicken breá sts, seá son with Itá liá n seá soning, crushed red pepper, á nd sá lt & pepper. Sá utee for 4-5 minutes or until chicken is golden á nd cooked through.
- Á dd the gá rlic á nd sá ute for á nother minute or until frá grá nt. Á dd the tomá to, broccoli, spiná ch, shredded cheese, á nd creá m cheese. Cook for á nother 3-4 minutes or until the broccoli is cooked through.
- Serve with cooked pá stá , rice, zucchini noodles or cá uliflower rice.
